Centennial House is comprised of two single-level neighborhoods that include a total of 59 studio residences. We offer a diverse mix of amenities, personal services, and health care, including specialized memory care:


Residences

• Flexible Leases: Each of our residences are on month-to-month leases.
  
• Privacy: All Centennial House residences feature window seats, a private bath with a shower unit, ample closet space, available telephone and cable hook-ups and a 24-hour response system.
  
• Your Choices: Select your own size residence, bring your own furnishings, choose the number of meals per day you desire to eat. Your home means your choices.
  
• Daily Meals: Centennial House takes care of all the cooking. Our team offers three great meals a day for residents and for their visiting guests.

Social, Leisure and Spiritual Choices

• Engaging Activities: Our programming staff develops enriching, fun, engaging activities that contribute tremendously to our strong sense of community.
  
• Spiritual Services: We provide a variety of spiritual services each week led by local faith leaders.
  
• Computers: Computers are conveniently located throughout Centennial House so that you can catch up on email, read the news or surf the Internet.
  
• Beauty Salon and Barbershop: Our onsite hair salon and barbershop make getting your haircut or style very convenient.
  
• Transportation: We provide transportation for our residents for shopping, and other outings.

Safe, Worry Free Living

• Maintenance Free: Don't want to shovel snow? Don't worry. We provide all maintenance, landscaping and snow removal.
  
• On-Site Healthcare: Our highly skilled nursing assistants and resident assistants are on duty 24 hours per day to assist you with any healthcare needs.
  
• Specialized Memory Care: In addition to our assisted living services, we have specialized memory care to compassionately serve residents who are living with the challenges of Alzheimer's or dementia.
  
• Secure Entrances: Three conveniently located, secure entrances provide places that welcome guests to your home.

Innovative Technology

• QuietCare: At Ecumen and at Centennial House, we are committed to using innovative technology to enhance the lives and independence of the people we serve. A featured technological option at Centennial House is QuietCare, which is available for a small additional fee. Ecumen was the first in Minnesota to feature this technology.
  
• Non-Obtrusive: QuietCare offers you non-obtrusive sensors that alert an Ecumen team member if your normal daily activity substantially changes. QuietCare helps to identify small problems before they become large problems. This is one more tool to help you live the way you want to live.
  
• Technology Leader: Ecumen is one of the leaders of the Center for Aging Services Technologies (www.agingtech.org), a national collaboration of technology providers, housing providers and universities leading a national charge to deploy technology to help people live life fully.
